What type of file do I need to supply for the digital proof for leaver book? – Please provide us with a high-resolution PDF or Jpeg file. Make sure that you’re happy with the printed copy, as we will print exactly what you provide us with.
How can I send my large artwork file to you? – You can use ‘We Transfer’ to send us the artwork file. It’s a free website that allows you to transfer larger files with ease.
How long does delivery take? – Please allow seven working days for delivery. We strive to ensure that your School Yearbook arrives on time.
When will we be invoiced? – As a school, you will be offered a credit account and we will accept an official purchase order as confirmation. You will be invoiced when your order is despatched.
What are your payment terms? – Our payment terms are 30 days nett monthly.
