We offer a straightforward approach to monitor and report any instances of physical restraint in schools. Developed with the input of Woodlands School in Cardiff, our system is based on our popular Visitor Pass system.
Once an incident has occurred, a staff member fills out a slip and sends it to the pupil’s parent or carer. This ensures that all parties are informed about the situation. Additionally, a register sheet is used to record data and details about the incident, which can be analyzed at a later time.
The system is fully customizable, and we print it in full color with your school’s logo. It also includes a Presentation Board that holds the slips in place, providing a complete solution for incident tracking.
You can order 500 slips in one pack, and 1000 slips in two packs. Simply upload your school logo when checking out, and we’ll send you a proof for approval.
Please note that delivery usually takes approximately three weeks.
