Refill slips for our simple system for recording, reporting and communicating any incidents of physical restraint in schools. It is based on our popular Visitor Pass system, developed with the help of Woodlands School in Cardiff.
The slip is filled in by a member of staff and then sent or given to the pupil’s parent or carer. This ensures that any incidents of restraint have been effectively communicated. Details and data relating to the physical restraint are recorded on the register sheet to ensure that records have been kept and can be analysed.
Printed in full colour with your logo. If you don’t have one you will need a Presentation Board to hold the slips in place, you can buy this separately or as a kit, see below. You can download the pdf for a higher resolution image of what is printed on the system.
One pack is 500 slips, two packs are 1000.

A standard delivery charge of £24.95 is applicable for parcels up to 10kg to the following areas : Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.
