If you will need more ID Cards in the future, for example when a new member of staff joins the school or if someone loses an ID Card, then the prepayment packs are a great and cost-effective option for you! We print all the cards that you require now but the rest you have in credit with us to call-off from us as and when needed. There are no additional costs to these prepayment packages and the credits don’t expire. This is a much cheaper option in the long-term because ordering small amounts of ID cards is expensive.
Choose from 4 different packages:
Prepayment Package 1 – cards only. Minimum order is 25.
Prepayment Package 2 – cards, holders and 10mm plain lanyards with a plastic clip. Minimum order is 25.
Prepayment Package 3 – cards, holders and 15mm STAFF lanyards. Minimum order is 25.
Prepayment Package 4 – cards, holders, 15mm personalised lanyards. Minimum order is 50.
The prices displaying here are for cards printed in full colour on one side only, if you would like your cards printed on both sides then please choose that option and the prices will update.
We ship the full quantity of holders and lanyards with your initial batch of ID cards, please let us know what colours you would like.
